Mr. Galante represents employers in a variety of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.  Mr. Galante also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of professional liability and business contract disputes, having successfully defended clients in matters involving multi-million dollar damage claims.  In conjunction with his litigation experience, Mr. Galante has acquired valuable experience at negotiating and drafting contracts on behalf of clients, and advising them in the process how to best avoid risks.
