Kristin Kyle de Bautista is an associate at Burke, Williams & Sorensen’s Los Angeles office.  Her practice focuses on insurance bad faith litigation, ERISA litigation, and other first-party insurance defense matters.  Prior to joining Burke, Ms. Kyle de Bautista garnered litigation experience in the legal malpractice, insurance broker malpractice, dental malpractice, real estate broker malpractice, employment discrimination, harassment and wage/hour litigation, and general civil litigation fields.  Ms Kyle de Bautista has tried and second-chaired several jury cases and bench trials both in state and federal court.  In addition, she has extensive experience in trial preparation, discovery, and law and motion. 
 

While attending Southwestern University School of Law, Ms. Kyle de Bautista was recognized for her achievement in moot court, legal writing, and was a member of the Law Review.
