We are thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the Education Code and accompanying regulations, including Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations, as well as other state and federal laws impacting schools and colleges.  We are sensitive to the unique legal issues facing public and private academic institutions.  We represent our clients before the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, the Public Employment Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, the Board of Immigration Appeals, personnel commissions, arbitrators, and state and federal courts.
