Statewide AB 1234 Educational Training

Alexandra Barnhill, Leah Castella, Joe Byrne, and Don Davis have been selected by the Association of California Water Agencies' Joint Powers Insurance Agency to present educational seminars to public officials across the state. They will train water district boards on achieving compliance with the Brown Act and conduct a seminar on public service ethics laws that satisfies their state law (AB 1234) educational requirements. Burke's attorneys utilize targeted training sessions such as these to help their clients meet legal requirements, stay abreast of new legislation and judicial decisions, and prevent larger issues.
