All Claims Against Employer Dismissed

Charles E. Slyngstad and Barbra W. Diallo successfully defeated a complaint filed by an employee against a public agency client that alleged breach of contract, anticipatory breach of contract, and quasi-contract claims regarding terms in the employee's employment agreement as it related to CalPERS retirement benefits. The court sustained our client's demurrer without leave to amend and dismissed the entire lawsuit.
