Brandon Sanchez has dedicated his legal practice exclusively to all aspects of municipal law, with an emphasis on code enforcement, nuisance abatement, and land use. Brandon also excels at drafting regulatory and enforcement ordinances, including cannabis, short-term rental, massage, sidewalk vending, appeal procedures, nuisance abatement, administrative citation, and cost recovery ordinances, among others.
Brandon has been a contributing editor to the last five editions of the California Municipal Law Handbook, helping draft the primary practice guide for municipal attorneys. He has also taught courses all over the State and published articles on various aspects of municipal law. Brandon also served on the League of California Cities’ Cannabis Regulation Committee from 2019 to 2024.
