Susan Chelsea has over 37 years of business and commercial litigation, employment litigation and counseling, and construction law experience. She specializes in handling high exposure cases throughout California. Susan manages a large litigation team, handling over 100 litigated matters. Her employment law practice includes counseling and litigation work. A sought-after litigator, Susan has successfully tried and arbitrated numerous cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, trade secrets, and unfair competition claims, as well as real estate, business, construction, securities, and products liability disputes.

Susan recently obtained a defense verdict in a premises liability/ construction claim after a four-week jury trial where the plaintiffs asked the jury to award over 30 million dollars in damages. She has successfully defended employers in over 40 wage claims before the California Labor Commissioner and employers subject tocitations. Susan has successfully defended businesses against OSHA citations and ADA employment and accessibility claims.
