We are seeking an associate with 4-10 years of experience to join our Labor & Employment Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Significant experience handling employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
  • Strong understanding of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, wage and hour laws, PAGA, and other applicable labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and team-oriented mindset
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000–$225,000, plus annual performance-based bonuses. Actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.  The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
