Ryane C. Skinner

Ryane Skinner is an Associate in Burke’s Litigation practice. Ryane assists with all areas of civil litigation relating to the defense of California public entities in state and federal courts. Her practice areas include general torts, civil rights, and police liability.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Ryane lived in Washington, D.C., where she worked for the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Assistant to a California member of Congress.

Ryane is admitted to practice in the State Courts of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Outside of work, Ryane enjoys swimming, spending time with her friends and family, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins.
