Experienced Affordable Housing Transactional Attorney – San Francisco or Oakland

Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is seeking a transactional attorney with six to eight years’ experience in affordable housing policy matters and affordable housing development and financing transactions, including negotiating and drafting loan documents, ground leases, regulatory agreements, easements, and related documents for multifamily developments. Experience with first time homebuyer programs, construction documents and commercial leases is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $190,000 – $225,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses.  The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.  We encourage all interested candidates to apply.   The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option, reasonable billable hours requirement, annual discretionary and billable hours bonuses, competitive health insurance benefits, and 401(k) with a partial match.
