Labor and Employment Attorney – Bay Area

Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is seeking a 3 – 7 year attorney to join its Labor and Employment Law Practice Group in its Bay Area offices to serve its public sector clients.  The position will provide legal advice to public sector and private clients with respect to employment and traditional labor matters. Transactional and labor and employment experience, and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills required; prior employment litigation experience is preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $158,000 – $206,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses.  The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.  We encourage all interested candidates to apply.   The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option, reasonable billable hours requirement, annual discretionary and billable hours bonuses, competitive health insurance benefits, and 401(k) with a partial match.
