Brandon Ayersman

Brandon Ayersman is an associate attorney in Burke’s Silicon Valley office and is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Brandon earned his B.A. in political science and economics from Northwestern University in 2018 and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2021, where he received Pro Bono Honors with Highest Distinction. He is licensed to practice law in both California and Illinois.

Prior to joining Burke, Brandon served as a Staff Attorney at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, where he focused primarily on labor, employment, and contract law. In that role, he represented the agency in claims involving discrimination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, and employee discipline and in labor negotiations and collective bargaining matters. He also advised senior agency leadership on complex questions of federal labor law and compliance with Executive Orders and Presidential actions. Brandon also has experience advising public sector clients on the Federal Tort Claims Act, FOIA, and government ethics.

Outside of his practice, Brandon enjoys playing basketball and going on hikes with his dog, Indy.
