Caitlin Eliason is an associate in Burke’s San Francisco office.  Caitlin focuses her practice on all areas of real estate, land use, and environmental law. Caitlin advises both private and public clients throughout the development process, including entitlements and administrative approvals, CEQA compliance, and compliance with state housing laws.

Caitlin earned her J.D. from UC Law SF (formerly known as UC Hastings), where she studied Environmental Law.  She graduated cum laude and is a member of the UC Law SF Honor Society.  During law school, Caitlin earned CALI Awards for achieving the highest grade in her Environmental Law, Administrative Law, and Compliance & Risk Management courses.  Caitlin also served as the Co-President of OUTLaw, UC Law SF’s LGBTQ+ student organization.  While in law school, Caitlin worked as a summer associate for Burke.

Prior to law school, Caitlin worked for several years as a litigation paralegal in various practice areas, working on cases from intake through every step of litigation.  Caitlin earned a B.A. in Political Science from UC Riverside and an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Riverside City College.

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys playing video games, going to concerts, and spending time with her wife and their dog.
