Connor Kratz focuses his practice on all areas of real estate, land use, and environmental law. Connor represents cities and public agencies, as well as private developers, landowners and public/private partnerships, at all stages of real estate development to ensure an efficient path from project inception to completion.
Connor negotiates and secures land use approvals for real estate developments under federal, state, and local laws by utilizing leading-edge entitlement strategies and counseling clients with a pragmatic approach to due diligence, environmental review and permitting. He also defends land use approvals and CEQA compliance challenged in litigation.
Connor advises clients on complex real estate transactions across industry sectors, including multifamily residential, mixed use master-planned developments, office and retail space, utility-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing of real property.
Connor received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown Law, he clerked at the United States Senate and District of Columbia Office of Planning.
