Danielle E. Potestio

Danielle works with clients in the firm’s construction, litigation, and real estate and business groups. She provides legal counseling in a variety of areas, including in-depth contract review, legal research and fact analysis, drafting and responding to discovery requests, motion drafting, and claims investigations.

During law school, Danielle worked as a full-time corporate paralegal while simultaneously attending night school at the University of San Francisco (USF). In her last years of law school, she competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC) and received one of the highest honors from USF, the McFetridge Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Additionally, she has dedicated her time to nonprofit organizations such as the USF Pro Bono Legal and Referral Aid Clinic, USF Racial Justice Clinic, and San Francisco’s Innocence Commission.
