Diana S. Godwin

Diana Godwin is an associate in Burke’s Oakland office. Diana graduated from Ohio State University, having earned a BS in Molecular Genetics and a minor in Plant Pathology. She attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2021.

While in law school, Diana served as a Senior Production Editor of the Hastings Law Journal and as Law Student Committee Co-Chair of the Asian American Bar Association. In addition, she participated in the UC Hastings Startup Legal Garage and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Clare Maier and the Honorable Benjamin Reyes in the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa.
