Donald A. Larkin

Don Larkin is a partner in Burke’s Labor and Employment Law and Public Law practice groups, with more than 25 years representing public agencies. As a member of the Labor and Employment team, Don represents and advises agencies in all areas of labor and employment law, including employee discipline, arbitration, and negotiations.

Don also has extensive experience in all other areas of municipal service, specializing in open government laws (Brown Act and Public Records Act), land use and planning, and public safety.

Prior to Joining Burke Williams & Sorensen, Don served as the in-house City Attorney for the City of Morgan Hill, Deputy County Counsel for the County of Santa Clara, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Palo Alto, and Deputy City Attorney for the City of Santa Clara.
