Randall W. Stanton

Randall Stanton is a thoughtful and strategic litigator who values professionalism, collaboration, and results. Known for his approachable demeanor and cooperative style, Randall builds strong working relationships with opposing counsel while zealously advocating for his clients’ interests. Randall’s practice rooted in clear communication, practical judgment, and a thorough understanding of litigation strategy.

A member of Burke’s Insurance Practice Group, Randall specializes in personal injury and general liability matters, including those involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, trucking and vehicle collisions, product defects, premises liability, and construction site injuries. He also handles professional liability claims and complex construction defect litigation. Randall is relied upon for his balanced approach to high-stakes matters—providing confident representation while seeking efficient, constructive resolutions wherever possible.

Before joining Burke, Randall was a litigator at an Am Law 100 national firm, managing a diverse case portfolio. His work included defending one of the country’s largest rideshare companies in high-value personal injury cases, as well as representing professionals, insurers, and contractors in liability and defect matters. He has delivered positive results for insurance carriers, business owners and some of the country’s largest national banks.

Prior to practicing law, Randall spent several years as a financial advisor, helping clients manage and grow their wealth. He held Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with life and variable insurance certifications. That financial acumen continues to serve his legal practice, especially in matters involving banking, financial fraud, and mortgage litigation.
