Shannon L. Dart

Shannon Dart is an associate in Burke’s San Diego office. Her years of work during and after school have given her invaluable experience in class action, consumer fraud, multiple-defendant, Private Attorneys General Act suits and matters in arbitration.

During law school, Shannon was the lead law clerk at a boutique law firm that handled labor and employment disputes. She held executive positions in the University of San Diego School of Law’s Tax Law Society and PRIDELaw. After law school, she clerked at a consumer protection firm specializing in pursuing Consumer Legal Remedies Act claims.

Shannon began her career in litigation after she took the California Bar Exam when she was 24 years old. Shannon has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in CLRA and EFTA claims in state and federal courts.

Shannon is proficient in Russian.
