Victoria Zamora Millet

Victoria Millet is a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP. Torii focuses her practice on conducting workplace investigations and advising on employment law compliance and best employment practices.

Torii brings substantial experience as an investigator, having conducted complex and sensitive investigations in both higher education and workplace settings. She is skilled in managing all phases of the investigative process, including witness interviews, credibility assessments, evidence review, and the preparation of detailed investigative reports. Her work is guided by a commitment to fairness, thoroughness, and professionalism.

Prior to joining the firm, Torii served as a Senior Investigator at the University of Southern California, where she led investigations into reports of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. She previously held the role of Equal Opportunity Associate and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at the University of Minnesota, where she investigated complaints and supported institutional compliance with Title IX and related laws.

In addition to her investigative practice, Torii has developed and delivered trainings on anti-bias, discrimination, and harassment prevention, helping organizations foster respectful and inclusive workplace environments.
