Jean M. Kim

Jean Kim is an associate in Burke’s Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Construction Law practice groups.  Jean’s practice involves all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including trademark, patent, and copyright disputes.  In addition, Jean has handled trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, patent and trademark prosecution, and domain name disputes.

Jean’s practice also involves representing public agencies in construction matters, including strategizing and drafting construction documents, advising clients during the course of construction, claims review and analysis, and claims resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Jean is licensed to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Consuelo Marshall in the Central District of California.
